Hexcrafter Magus & Extra Hex feat

One of my players rolled up a Hexcrafter Magus and took the Extra Hex feat at level 5. I was able this fear in HeroLab with no issues. However, when I go back to the Magus tab to add the new hex, it says "No More Hexes Allowed".

Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to choose the new hex allowed by this feat? Or is this a bug?
