Herolab's Failed updates

Hello, my herolab's keeps failing on all updates i'm really not sure why I've tried it a few times now and nothing work's could anyone give me an idea on how i could fix this?
 
Hi. Could you send us an e-mail with some additional information if you're still having an issue? Please include your license number, the version of Hero Lab you're using, what update(s) you're trying to download and install, and a copy of any error messages you might be receiving.
