HeroLab's download error's

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but i need some help with herolab's.

It will not update i've been trying for awhile now and it keep's throwing up a few error's like "The download was cut off before it could be completed" then talks about "Go To File" button that i cannot find.

Does anyone have any idea what i could do?
