Herolab won't install on my Windows Home Tablet

Hey there. I had a surface pro 3 and Herolab worked great. Now that I have a surface pro 6, again with windows Home, the install package for windows won't work. The os says that the program is not compatible with my version of windows.

I can get it to install, but I can not update any of the game modes.
