HeroLab.online “This Connection Is Not Private” Message

Hi Folks-

I’ve been trying to log onto the online character builder for the last couple of months and keep getting this error message. I’m trying to log in using Safari, but also get the same error when trying to log in using Chrome (see attached screenshots).

The specific message in getting is: NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Is anyone else getting this error? Can someone in HeroLab.online IT update your SSL certificate so that I can log into the online character builder?

Neither Discord nor the Forum has other users reporting that error. Are you logging into https://herolab.online/login ? (Your screenshot doesn't show https)
If you still can't login - Send an email to support, they should be able to help you out. .
