HeroLab License Reassigning

Is there an alternate way of getting a license reassigned to a new PC? I've tried for over a week ago throught the HeroLab website as it is suggested and haven't gotten a response at all. BTW, I did check my Spam folder, didn't see a response there either!!

License reassignment requests are typically processed within 24 hours. If it's been a week, something has gone sideways with your support request. :(

I'm forwarding this issue to the appropriate staff on this end. If you could please provide the original support ticket number or other identifying information with which we can look up your request (e.g. last name, first few characters of email address used within license, etc.), then we can more efficiently look into this issue and get it sorted out for you. Please post that info in this thread.
