I'm not sure - maybe the best issue is to submit bug reports if the system isn't behaving/responding/etc. since we have no way to know if it is a scaling issue or a code issue from our side.

With that said, if it is a scaling issue - and I know that LW isn't super active in the forums, so if they see this - I work for one of the largest cloud companies handling scale and architecture problems like this for their very large customers and would offer my time for free to answer any questions, go over any architecture, etc...

It looks like they have it under control now after the original surge, anyways - but figured I'd offer.
