Hero Labs as a Gift

I bought an extra hero labs as a gift for my friend. When I go to the page to gift it to them, entering the order number and the authentication code and their email, I get an error badge saying Bad Value.

The order and authentication are inputted correctly, so what exactly am I doing wrong?
 
I just tested this and it all appears to be working correctly. Based on your wording above, it's possible that the issue is with the email address. You state that you've entered "their email", which implies you are trying to enter the email address of the gift recipient. If so, that's the issue. You need to enter *your* email address - the one used when you placed the order. Once the license conversion completes, you are then sent an email with all the pertinent details to allow you to give the license to anyone of your choice.
