Hero Lab Crashing

Might not be the place to post this, but unsure of where else to post it.

For several years a friend of mine let me use his second key for Hero Lab. Recently I went ahead and purchased my own HL, and a few boos for Pathfinder. Ever since I bought my own license Hero Lab has been crashing on me. I will open it and do a few things and it will crash, anywhere from 20 minutes to 5 minutes of start up. And it will not print, starts going through the process and always crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashes. I do not know what is going on, it worked up until I got my own license.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
What are your OS and system stats?
First thought is un install and download a new clean copy of the program.

Windows 10
AMD A10-8700P
Radeon R6
Ram 12 gb

I have uninstalled and downloaded and new copy, and then re-installed.

Same system I was running under the previous license.
