Hero Lab 6.2a Upgrade/Install Issue

I fired up Hero Lab today and was presented with an update of the main program needed in order to proceed with rules updates. I've done these countless times with no issues, until today.

The update downloaded, then began the install. It hangs at "Creating Directories," eventually entering a "Not Responding" state. I initially interrupted the process, restarted Hero Lab and tried again. This time, the download hung. Restarted the computer and got a recurrence of the first issue. It doesn't fail outright, it just sits there until it stops responding.

Any ideas?

(System Info: PC, Windows 7 x32, SP1, all updates current, 4 GB RAM. No other anomalous behavior noted.)
 
Hi Theron,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with Hero Lab. Please try the following:

1) Quit Hero Lab entirely - make sure it isn't running.
2) Download the latest installer from our web site: http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?context=hero_lab&page=downloads
3) Install the new version of the program by double-clicking on the installer you just downloaded.
