Is there a way to add a choice or adjust the number of points available in this area? I'm in a game with a DM who uses a non-standard number, and I'd like to adjust the points available rather than dealing with the error message for spending too few or too many.
 
Adding an adjustment for the number of points available is on my to-do list, but in the meantime, I'd recommend spending the points until you get to the number allowed, then going back to the configure hero form and switch to "Pick/roll ability scores" so that it won't complain anymore.

The available points are stored in herofield[tGen].value if you wanted to create the adjustment in the editor.
