help with syntax for Eper-Req

I am getting this error for and Eper-Req that I am trying to do for a new class custom Ability. the custom ability works fine with out the Eper-Req

Hero Lab was forced to stop compilation after the following errors were detected:

Syntax error in 'pre-requisite rule' script for Thing 'cmgHasAss' on line 1
-> Tag 'Classes.MgU' not defined
