Help with creating a PFS Boon

My Life Oracle recently earned this boon from the Silver Crusade from the Season 7 faction card.

Once per day the character can cast Lay of Hands as a Paladin of the same level as the number of goals met. Which in this case would be a value of 4 to 8. Any suggestions on how to implement this?
