Help with a monster

Im trying to turn a Balor into a Balor Lord and give him the ability of master of magic so he would be able to cast
20 spell levels worth of 1st-4th level spells at will
and
20 spell levels worth of 5th-8th level spells 3x a day

How do I do this with out creating a new monster just adding spell casting to the balor?

Sounds like you could create a template, but it would be specific for just one monster type.

you might be able to create the various changes through adjustments, but not sure if they are all available or not

There is not an adjustment to add spell like abilities, you will have to handle this through the editor. If you need guidance on how to do that, check out the tutorials, chiefweasels instruction videos on youtube, or whatever, and if you still have questions feel free to post on the forums.
