Can someone give a breakdown of where I go to find the downloader and what i do once I have downloaded the DDI content?

What patches do I need to make it work? Where are they located?

How do Register for CryptoKnights site? I kkep getting an error when I try to answer the question about what product the site is for.

I really want to use HL for my 4E campaign but I am having problems getting anything to work
