I am trying t make the following build

Summoner - Synthesist

and I am trying to add the feat Extra Evolution.

I purchased Ultimate Magic and Ultimate Combat and was thinking they were both in there?

Any help is appreciated.

Make sure after you purchase any addons to reactive you license. From inside HL go to "License->Reactive Current License". If you have done that then do a "CTRL-K" and make sure you have those books Checked marked in the Configure Your Hero.

Those are the most common issues with not finding new stuff. ;)
