help putting in a new bloodline

i have been trying to add in a bloodline from a 3rd party publisher that i just bought. my GM said if i bought the PDF he would be willing to allow me to use it is in hero lab, he understands that it is not currently in hero lab, our whole group uses hero lab and either laptops or tablets.
i am overwhelmed by the options and the various abilities and classifications.
please could someone help me out here and maybe create this?
