Help in Modifing Mordheim AB File

Hi,
My GG has made a house rule that allows warbands that cannot use
heavy armor to use Ithlimar/Gromril armor only if it is found by
exploration (ie you cannot search for it like other rare items). I
need to make the changes to my BA File but I am not that good at
using
the creator program. Can anyone help me?

I can understand that not everyone in here plays Mordheim and all but
I am realy in a bind here. I would like to have the ability to
change
the file and am not sure where to look or what to do. I have tried
to
read the help file but it is so long and I have loads of wrork where
I
can't read it and try to find the info. If anyone who is familiar
with the Creator program and the Mordheim game that can offer some
help in where to find the info on the help file or with a walk
through
on how to change the info I need to change
