HELP! Custom magic spells

I can find the tab that says custom spells/metamagic feats.
But how the heck does one create the custom spell? I have tried a couple of different things, all to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
That button is for adding a Metamagic Spell version of a spell. If you want to create/add a brand new spell to a specific class you have to use the Editor.

Go to "Tools->Launch Editor...".

You may wish to check out one of Cheifweasels new Video Tutorials. He has a new one for adding a Skill but most of the work is the same for adding a spell. :)
 
Thank you so much. The help I have been able to get in this forum for a guy who is a relative rookie with software and computer generated sheets has been outstanding. This community is truely appreciated.
