Hello and HELP!!

I'm new to this group and the reason I've joined this group is this:
I recently updated my OS and requested a new registration code from
Wolflair. I used their email address listed on the webpage and
emailed twice asking nicely. This was about 2 weeks ago and I still
haven't heard anything back. If you know a better way to contact them
or if one of the authors is a member of this group please respond.

I am new to the group as well. I have not yet purchased the program but I
sent an email asking a question about the registration process and aksing
about a problem similiar to yours. I have not heard back in a couple of days
either.

One fine day in the middle of the night, Dennis Kellogg, Jr

Rob is currently staying up until 5am working on Army Builder 2, so you
might expect some delay in replying to tech support queries. We
apologies for the inconvenience, this has been due to a signalling
failure & leaves on the line.

The registration process is fairly simple; you give your credit card
number (that's the nasty bit), machine ident and email address, and you
get sent the unique code that 'unlocks' army builder on your machine.
You can get a new code once every 18 months (IIRC) to allow for buying
new stuff. That specific enough?

It is not a problem. I have already heard back from him and had all my
