Heirloom weapon and masterwork transformation?

Easiest would be to just add an Attack Bonus (Specific Weapon) to the Personal tab, set it to the weapon, set it to an Enhancement Bonus, and set its value to 1.

Or just make a new weapon altogether. What heirloom benefit are you dealing with?

Keep in mind, part of the reason they made the heirloom weapon non-masterwork was so that it couldn't be enchanted. The Masterwork Transformation spell kind of broke that idea. All it could be adding is either proficiency, which you can do via an adjustment, +1 on AoO's, which is just a situational note, or +2 on a single CMB with that particular weapon, which might as well also just be a situational note.

Yeah, it was the CMB, I guess that will work out fine, since the CMBs aren't split out by type, and it's irrelevant since it's basically a special attack roll anyway.
