I am just curious as I actually do not have much of a clue as to how to convert it with the eye stalks as well as the Anti-Magic area. Any suggestions. (I am an editor newb so if you explain how to do this please be very detailed.)

Also not to mention the levitation and the spittle?

Make each eyestalk a spell-like ability, usable at will. When you run it, just be sure to only use 3 eyestalks in any one direction, as per the monster's standard rules. I'm not sure how you would get to eye stalks to turn off when the main eye is open, though. Perhaps Mathias or ShadowChemosh can help.
