Half-Orc racial modifier not showing up

I'm new to both Hero Lab & Pathfinder and not sure if I'm understanding everything correctly.

As a Half-Orc (level 1) I have the following racial trait:

"Intimidating: Half-orcs receive a +2 racial bonus on Intimidate skill checks due to their fearsome nature"

However in Hero Lab under "Skills" tab it shows 0 for "Intimidate" Intimidate is in BLUE writing and if I add a skill point it goes to 4 but the "Swim" skill also goes up by 4. Not sure of the rules with Pathfinder but shouldn't Intimidate start at 2 and after adding a skill point go to 6?
