Half Elf Druid 1/2 Domain power use / day

I just can't select this power with my character. I've selected it for 12 levels and it just tells me "Nothing to select". Any ideas why?
 
Doesn't matter, it won't let me choose any. I chose the 1/2 domain use per day and wont let me choose it.
 
I just added the following to my test character: a level of druid, the half-elf race and the Air domain, and then selected "+1/2 Domain power use/day" as my favored class bonus. The Customize Favored Class Options table appears under the levels, and on "Half Elf Druid: +1/2 Domain power use/day", I am able to select "Lightning Arc 1d6 electricity".

So, please list the domains you have tested this with, because it's not every domain that's a problem.
