Gun Twirling? I can't find it

Hi I'm trying to make a duel wielding pistol pirate with the pistolero archetype and I was reading around online for guides and they recommended a feat called Gun twirling, and i cant seem to find on my feat list. Do I have to buy a separate package to get this feat? :(
 
Look up the feat on d20pfsrd. At the bottom is the Copyright 15 info which tells you the Book the feat is from. Gun Twirling is from Champions of Balance. So you will need that HL license to get access to the feat.

So next question is "which HL License do I need to get". So you start HL and go to "License->Purchase Data Package". On the website log into your account and then press "CTRL-F" for "Find". Type in "Champions of Balance" and that will point you to the Package/License you need to buy.
