cant seem to find the package with this class in herolab...also trying to get butcher as well from third party...anyone know where I can find this in herolab?

That is a Magus archetype, and it is from Bastards of Golarion. Never heard of butcher, depending on the 3rd party you may need to make it yourself or appeal to the community.

The bottom of the page you linked to has a "Section 15: Copyright Notice". This tells you exactly which book that archetype is from.
