SR 4th ed. Great Form Spirits

I am stuck trying to figure out how to create a great form spirit. Looked everywhere I could think of and have had no luck. Please help! LOL
 
Just under the race selection for a spirit on the Basics tab is "Add optional modifications for this race"

Adding any of the powers listed as "Invoking: XXXXX" will make it a great form spirit with that power as what it got from the great form ritual.
