Got M&M license ... lost Pathfinder's

This should not happen. Check to be sure that the purchases were made on the same license (you didn't accidentally buy Hero Lab a second time, did you?) and then contact Lone Wolf support at support@wolflair.com.
 
I had Pathfinder (still do) and many add-ons/PF sourcebooks (program says I don't anymore).
I just bought M&M2ed and activated the license but it seems the old PF characters can't load what came from the sourcebooks.
I'll get in touch with them.
