Gladius Strike Force: Free DTs

I must be an idiot because even after completing all the requirements for a Gladius Strike Force the option to select DPods, RBacks, or Rhinos as a DT for my choices is still costing me points.

Can someone please explain to me how I'm supposed to do this properly?
