Gizmo gear item

It's been a few years, but it seems some old items powers that bootstrapped a gear item (to get a drop box array), no longer show the array in activated abilities.

Did a little research and it seems they now have to be in the gizmo with a helper.shadow tag. I have all that but two thing.
In the gizmo where I bootstapped the gear item what do I need instead of "wSpecMagic"?
I still don't see the array from the gear item that is shadowed?

Any ideas? Thank you

Never mind, I found the "Beaststrike club", I think I can work with that.
