And the first thing I do is update Hero Lab. When I came to the website, I saw you now give away the core rules to one game system as part of the package. I had to buy mine when I bought Hero Lab years ago.

I assume that you will be giving those of us who purchased the product before you included a free core rule set and supported Hero Lab earlier (September 2008) will get the same?
 
I believe your memory is a bit cloudy. :)

When Hero Lab was first launched, there was only one game system. That game system (d20) was included as part of the purchase. Since the first moment that Hero Lab supported two game systems (late 2007), customers have been allowed to choose which game system they wanted to include with their purchase, with the choice being made when they first activate the product license. Nothing has changed in this regard.
