Hello all, I'm attempting to figure out the HL editor and at the same time trying to make a gestalt class for alchemist/psion (dual disciple: Egoist & Kineticist) and so far it's not going so well...admittedly I've only been working on it a few hours...but I thought it'd be a good idea to ask if anyone's got two cents to throw in before I get in over my head.

Multiple spellcasting types in a single class is not currently possible in the Pathfinder files.

The problem is very deep in how spellcasting is defined for a class - there's only one spellcasting mechanism defined for all classes, and it gets re-purposed depending on the specific class into spontaneous casting, spellbook casting or prepared casting. That means that adding this capability would require duplicating that system within the definition of a class, then completely re-designing how class tabs function in order to present two spellcasting systems at once (or finding a way to make double tabs for a single class without doubling the tabs for all the normal classes).
