Gery Knights with allied Sisters of Battle

I am having trouble creating a Demonhunters army (or Grey Knight army) with allied Sisters of Battle. Page 25 of the Witchhunters codex (in the grey box) allows Witchhunters as allies with Demonhunters, and page 21 of the Demonhunters codex (also in the grey box) allows Demonhunters as allies with Witchhunters.

When creating the army, I do the following...
File -> New Roster -> Demonhunters Army, Restricted to 2000pts -> select "Rules" button -> Army type Grey Knights (or Demonhunters) -> Choose Ally (this is where I believe the Sisters of Battle should be listed)

Perhaps I am doing something incorrect?

The allies button (for all games within AB) is the pennant icon on the top right of the unit selection window. Start creating your Daemonhunters army, then click the pennant icon and select Witch Hunters. This is because I-Guard and SM allies are exclusive of each other, but even if you have I-Guard or SM, you can still take Witch Hunters.
