Is this not working? I am trying to convert a 5th Edition rules book to Pathfinder and it keeps crashing. After doing some research on the forum I thought I would first convert it to System Neutral but it's just spinning. I really don't want to enter the whole thing by hand again.

As long as you are not in a hurry. My experience over the past two weeks has been pretty poor with customer services responsiveness.
Yeah i expect there to be delays this month knowing how much LWD are trying to do.
I submitted a ticket on a realm conversion from "other" to "pathfinder" crash.
They were able to locate the bug, and expect a fix to be rolled out with the next coming update.
Maybe this will help you.
***UPDATE***
I am no longer in the black hole of support. In all honesty, I discovered I wouldn't have been in the black hole if I knew my response to some questions didn't go through and I had time to check back sooner. The problem was found; but, I'm now in a black hole of CM Trumps Everything. *sigh*
I am one of the several lucky ones that have the two bugs that won't let me convert files from 5th Ed to PF that hasn't been fixed yet. It won't be considered for fixing until maybe after the CM launches.
Um...excuse...did you say MAYBE AFTER the CM launches? That's right boys and girls. Let's think about this. Who could possibly need to convert between 5th Ed and PF? Maybe third party companies and writers wanting to sell realms in the CM for both systems? Do you think so? Duh. I am not a happy camper.
The support person did find a clunky workaround to convert my realm. He sent me the file with a list of things I'll need to fix. I downloaded it but won't be able to look at it until tomorrow. I'm hoping it's something I can work with so I don't have to cut and paste the whole book again.
I have to give kudos to the support person. Once I learned my response had not gone through I resent it and he got back with me in less than a week. For those of you waiting for a response send a note asking about the status like I did and be nice just in case your message or theirs got lost in a black hole like mine.
I do have to say that I am not happy that a bug like this that basically affects the CM would be put on the back burner.

Knowing what you are doing I assume there will be quite a bit of work involved in converting from one to the other. I assume it won't just convert and work. if it does then the convert process must be amazing.
I'll be very interested to hear any feedback you have on the process. It's quite possible that I will need to do the same thing.

I have my fingers and toes crossed that it's not too bad. Here's what the support person told me I'll have to do:

"Once imported, you would have to re-create your "Underworld Races and Classes" tag domain and reassign those tags anywhere they had been used. You would also need to go through your custom categories in the Manage Categories interface and reset the default tag domain for the snippet types that I cleared. On subsequent exports of this realm for AAW, I would recommend un-checking the "Preserve original authorship" option, so that Realm Works treats the content as having been authored in the pathfinder realm you created (instead of the realm I exported it from)."

Imagine if you were told this 1, no 2, no 3, no 4, years ago? Of course I am assuming this will not increase to 8.
CM isn't what I want it is some of the features to be released after CM, but I guess if you never release CM, your not on the hook for those features.
My response to that survey would be a lot different now. I staunchly defended LWD and Realm Works, much to my dismay, it was unfounded.
