Furious Focus not working

Hello!

It appears that Furious Focus isn't calculating a character's attack bonus correctly. Even with Furious Focus and Power Attack checked, the penalty for Power Attack is still being applied.

No, a bastard sword one-handed, but the character has the Exotic Weapon feat for bastard swords to allow that.

Furious focus says "When you are wielding a two-handed weapon or a one-handed weapon in two hands...", so even when your bastard sword is being used in one hand because you've got the right exotic proficiency, you need to use two hands to get furious focus.

Fiddly crap like that is why I'm really starting to dislike Pathfinder...

Anyway, even when I add a longsword, the Furious Focus benefit is not being applied. My attack bonus goes from +7 to +5.

I have it checked to wield one-handed.
Then that is the whole issue. The feat only works when a one handed weapon is held in two hands. Same issue with a long sword it must be wielded in two hands for the feat to work. Add a greatsword which is always a two-handed weapon and it does not require you to equip it.

Mathias above quoted the rule. :)

Yeah I get it. I'm the idiot. lol

Let's just chalk it up to posting before I've had my coffee...

I'm still annoyed at the needlessly complex, fiddly, nit-picky stuff in Pathfinder, but that's not a topic for this forum.
