Flames of War, very incomplete

Am I missing something, is their a data file I have been unable to locate? The Army Builder files covering various Flames of War forces appear very piecemeal and incomplete.
Files are outdated and partial and I simply find them inadequate and very disappointing. I have been unable to locate lists for several key forces including the majority of the German forces presented in the book Fortress Europe. Given that Flames of War is the primary wargame I play this situation will effect my use, utility and satisfaction with the Army Builder product, I was hoping that I was looking in the wrong place or was unaware of something, perhaps even using the (relatively new for me) utility wrong.
What is the Flames of War story on Army Builder...?

The FOW3 file home website appears to be: fow.wikidot.com.

There is an email address if you use the creator to examine the FOW2 Defnition file. I don't want to put it up lest a spammer should get ahold of it...

They could probably offer you more information on the state of the FOW files in general.
 
The state of FoW data files has become quite fragmented over the past year. There are now three separate sets of data files, with each containing army lists from different releases. We're currently in talks with Battlefront to see how we can best facilitate getting this sorted out.
