I looked but could not find if this was on the request list.
I would like to see a GLOBAL "Find and Replace" feature. I recently noticed that I spelled an entry a different way than how I first did (Character name). There were MANY entries and too much for a visual search. I searched the DB for the wrong spelling and I hit a few entries. The problem was that the text I found was NOT highlighted. I had to visually search the page. Find and replace would find ALL the entries then offer me the chance to replace the text with my new text.
You know how it works. I'd like to see it. RWRocks.
If this has been up already please let me know.

UPDATE: I see this feature exists in RW but NOT Globally. Can you make this a global feature?
