Fifth level witch cannot choose 3rd level spells

The new level shows 3rd level spells need to be chosen on the Witch tab, but the spell selection window only shows up to 2nd level spells (a total of 30 items). :(
 
Yep, you're right! For some reason I thought it was from hero to familiar; forgot about the Witch dynamic (not very familiar with the class details - updating this for a friend).
