So I am working on the archetype fiend flayer. I selected the race of tiefli, magus, and fiend flayer. I just can't find a way to activate infernal mortification. Anyone have ideas or is it a bug?

Yea it most likely should have an activation. I would suggest putting in a Bug Report.
Until then you can do all this with adjustments. Put in a "Ability Score Damage" and a "Ability: Uses/Period" adjustments on the "Adjust" tab under "Other Adjustments". Each time you put in 2 points of Con dmg up the Uses for "Arcane Pool" by one.
