1. in the context menu in the deck builder, add a menu option that would
allow the user to add x of the selected card to the deck (x is author
definable).
I realise this may be a difficult option to add, but it would be handy.
(e.g. Magic would have a max of 4, WarCry would be 3, etc. usually x
would be equal to the maximum of each card allowed in a deck). This
option could be specified in the <game /> portion of the definition
file. if no value specified, menu item does not appear.

2. in the filter window, "text required within card", add an option to
search the notes portion of the cards.
