Feature Request: Other Tab -> Capital Journal

Is there a set reason why Capital Journal entries need to go above Current Capital / Buildings / et al.? I have over 20 journal entries and now have this stunning amount of room taken up to get to the real meat of the section.

Can the Capital Journal entries be moved to the bottom of the UI instead, underneath Managers?
 
Oh, haha, I didn't realize that just kept getting taller. I think I'll limit it to showing 4 journal entries with a scrollbar, like on the Journal tab.
