Feature request movable windows

Would it be possible to make the windows that open in HL be made to be moved by dragging with the mouse. I was working in HL and kept having to close windows to see what was under them.

Which information are you looking at "under" the window? We already have
plans to add the list of currently chosen things and summary windows to
the Choose form. Are there other details that you need to be able to see?
