Feature request - Easier Addition of Fast Healing/Regeneration

I am new to Hero Lab and Pathfinder, as of about three weeks ago. But so far I'm enjoying the program. One thing I noted when entering custom monsters from the adventure I'm running is that, while it is easy to add most Damage Resistance in its own place on the Custom Monster Creation, by just selecting the amount of DR and the type, this is not the case for Fast Healing or Regeneration. There is a place to enter Fast Healing/Regeneration but this pulls up a list of a bunch of Fast Healing or Regeneration abilities from specific monsters, but it doesn't let me simply specify, for example, that this monster has Regeneratioin, and then dial the correct amount, say 5, and then dial up the type of damage that disables it, if any, such as fire and acid, or silver, etc. This is such a common ability that it would be nice to be able to add it in a similar way to how we can currently add Damage Resistance.

Also, for Damage Resistance, while the list of things that can pierce it is pretty long, one that is missing is the combination of magic and silver, or magic and cold iron, or magic and adamantine, etc.

In HL, Damage Reduction which is bypassed by X and Y is represented by adding an equal amount of DR X and DR Y, not as a combined special (which is how the "X or Y" DRs have to be handled).
