FEATURE REQUEST - Background skill adjustment.

In the Adjustments area, one can arbitrarily add or subtract skill points, which is great. It would be nice if this type of adjustment was also available to Background Skill points (from the Unchained manual). As it stands, if you enable this feature, you always get 2 background skill points per level. I would like to make it 1 point per level, and the easiest way I see to do this is with an adjustment.
 
This seems like something which should be pretty easy to get done. I will try to add an official version as well, before the next release.
