Feats, Traits, and Flaws not showing full descriptions

I recently bought Hero Lab's for Pathfinder, and have noticed that when I go to print preview, save as pdf, or just regularly print, the Feats, Traits, and Flaws do not show full descriptions. The only thing it shows is the Feat name and that is it.

I've looked around the software to see if possibly I was missing an update, or didn't have the option turned on, and everything seems in order. When I go to print preview and select the Dossiers, and select anything else but the "standard character sheet". I only get a blank page that says, "Nothing to print!".

Is there some option that I am not seeing that allows the Feat descriptions to appear fully? Or do I need to reinstall Hero Lab perhaps?

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
 
Go to Character -> Configure Hero

Make sure that the "Show Feat/Abilities Descriptions" box is checked (it's the last or second to last one on the list)

However, you still only get the first 3 lines of the description, the rest will be cut off.
