Need some help with this feet, could not find example. My problem is how to code the part "if you have 10 or more ranks in skills, the bonus increases to +4 for that skill"?

Natural Instinct

You get a +2 racial bonus on all Knowledge (nature) checks and Survival checks. If you have 10 or more ranks in one of these skills, the bonus increases to +4 for that skill.

Help please?
