Feat: Dual Mind Strength

This feat does not add to damage values, I just picked it up for an Ardent character (lvl 2)

here is the feat:

it has a prerequisites: Kalashtar (a race from Eberron HB)
Heroic Tier
Benifit: you gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with psychic powers. Bonus increase at 11 to +3 and +4 at 21st level.
Appears in Dragon Mag.
 
also when I go to look at other feats I am getting this error message, which is new.

Thanks for the Dual Mind Strength report, I'll get it fixed.

Can you email me a saved hero exhibiting the second problem? It's hard to tell without that information.
