I started adapting Fate Core to Dresden Files, and I can see there are going to be some challenges.
I can see in the editor where I can enable phases 4 and 5, but they don't automatically have aspects. And I don't see a way to make that happen in the editor.
Also, with a packaged system, can it still be fully modified beyond the editor? Can I add my own tabs and such? I'm not sure, yet, how to approach templates, supernatural powers, evocation, thaumaturgy, and artifacts, but a new tab or two might help.
