Failed to retrieve containment - error

Please help. A PC of mine keeps getting a failed to retrieve containment error and he cant get into RW. He has the Player edition.

Usually they respond quickly.

So the usual advice is, have you checked your spam folder, and the spam folder on your ISPs mail server?
