Exporting character defaults

Is it possible to somehow share my default settings (ie what source material is allowed etc) with another PC running HL?

Save a character (even a blank one) and transfer it to the other computer. Then, open that character on the other character, choose Configure Hero from the Character menu, and in the settings, choose "Set Defaults", then OK your way out of that form.
